The spacious Great Room featuring native stonework, skylights and cathedral ceiling is furnished with giant bamboo sofas and tables, tropical prints and local artwork. The porch area beyond has a sitting area for private reading, conversation or enjoying the view. A powder room is located off the Great Room.

The state-of-the-art kitchen with raised bartop is fully equipped for entertaining both indoors and poolside and has can accommodate several chefs.

The Great Room extends past the entertainment center to a covered porch surrounded by arched doors. The dining table seats 10 comfortably.
